Delivery times vary depending on the size of your order and your location. Standard delivery is typically arranged within 3–7 working days of order confirmation. For large or bulk orders, delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed at the time of purchase.
We offer scheduled deliveries to ensure you receive your stock at a time that suits your business. Once your order is confirmed, our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
All orders are processed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.
If any goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.
