These Terms and Conditions, as well as any and all Agreements, are referred to as "the terms." "You" and "your" refer to you, the individual who is browsing our website and/or making a purchase. Our company, SAAMS International, is referred to as "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," and "Us."
By placing an order with SAAMS International, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
For our customers who export goods out of the country, the following terms apply: minimum export spend of £150; goods must be collected by a reputable shipper who must provide us with a Collection Note and Bill of Lading for Air Freight / Shipment Certificate for sea freight.
We accept bank transfer and debit cards only as methods of payment. Bank transfer funds must reflect in our bank account before we are able to release goods to you. We do not accept cash, credit cards, anonymous debit or credit cards, or cheques.
Goods must be returned to the supplier within 7 days of purchase. Full payment must be received by SAAMS International before goods can be released to a Freight Agent.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Customer and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a purchase indicates your understanding, agreement to, and acceptance of, the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
