Our terms for returns and exchanges
SAAMS International aims to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the goods are in their original, unopened condition. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.
The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, personal hygiene products, items sold as part of a clearance sale, and customised or special-order products.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at info@saamswholesale.co.uk . Please provide your order details and reason for return. Returns must be authorised by SAAMS International before being sent back.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g. wrong item sent or damaged goods). We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
